Friday, February 23rd
Introductions: You’ll meet each speaker and hear a bit about our background before jumping into the very 1st session!
Session 1: Amelia Randolph Campbell kicks off this summit with light mapping.
This simple, interactive exercise helps you drop out of your head and connect with your center.
Beginning with a single word, Amelia asks for feedback from summit attendees about any resistance to that word with the intention of breaking down barriers and solidifying the connection between body and mind.
If you’ve never attended an energy workshop before, this is an incredible introduction to energy work!
Monday, February 26th
Session 1: An intensive with Amelia to release mental and emotional weight on the spot! You’ll leave this session literally feeling lighter and know how to continue practicing these exercises to help you in moments of frustration.
Session 2: Jenn Trepeck talks about the myth of motivation and why willpower fails to get you to your goal. Jenn hosts the podcast, Salad with a Side of Fries and has personally been on the dieting rollercoaster herself emerging with a new relationship to food. Jenn’s science based and light-hearted in her approach so expect memorable, action tip packed content in this sesh!

Session 1: Jenn’s back to share a few simple hacks for big impact to help you achieve your weight loss goals!
Session 2: Personal trainer & nutritionist, Amy Oldfield discusses the 3 pillars of fat loss. Amy’s an expert at working with women to lose extra belly fat, so be sure to check out her client results photos in the testimonials section above.

Session 1: This time, we’re talking about cortisol and thyroid balance. These hormones (cortisol and thyroid hormones) tend to go wonky in our 40s as estrogen and progesterone levels decline. You’ll discover natural ways to support both of these during this session.
