Hi, I'm Amy Oldfield!

I’m a Nutrition Coach & Personal Trainer, with 11 years experience coaching 100s of women.

I think women have been fed the wrong message for years and I’m here to break the status quo.

I’ve been overweight, skinny, had eating disorders & hormone imbalances throughout my life. I’ve been there, done it, and made all the mistakes so you don’t have to!
